Niosha Dance Academy (NDA) was founded in 1991 by Niosha Nafei, to teach traditional and modern Persian/Iranian Dance to groups of students as well as individual instruction.
Students of Niosha Dance Academy perform regularly in both Persian/Iranian as well as multi cultural dance events.
Beginning and advanced classes are held throughout the San Francisco Bay Area on weekdays and weekends and include classical direction emphasizing regional Persian/Iranian dances such as; Bandari , Turkish/Lezgee, Baba Karam, contemporary Modern/Pop, and traditional Persian Dancing.

My Reason to Relay is to join people around the world in celebrating those who have survived cancer, remembering the people we've lost, and supporting the lifesaving mission of the American Cancer Society.

Afsaneh Art & Culture Society presents Ballet Afsaneh, and a stellar cast of Bay Area world dance and music groups, a Silk Road bazaar - Art Exhibit, and many special guests.....
Doors open at 6:30pm - come enjoy the Silk Road Bazaar and Art Displays before the concert.
Concert at 8:00pm - Featuring dance artists: Ballet Afsaneh, Chinese Performing Arts of America, Wan-Chao Chang Dance Company, Shahrzad Dance Academy, Niosha Dance Academy.
